About Us

ACES Professional Development assists faculty, academic professionals, staff, and volunteers in reaching their personal and professional development goals in order to enhance their job satisfaction, professional competence, and career advancement. Professional Development staff members work closely with Academic, Extension and Research programs in identifying needs and providing systematic and coordinated programming at the Urbana-Champaign campus and throughout the state.
