Individual Development Plan

The Individual Development Plan (IDP) assists each employee to analyze his/her individual development needs, set specific short and long-term goals and target opportunities to meet identified goals. Its aim is to promote lifelong learning and continued personal growth.

Note: Extension employees should use the Extension Professional Development Plan (in PDF).
