Where to park

The best advice for visitors: bring a pocketful of quarters for the meters! The current campus parking rate is 75 cents an hour.

Short-term on-street metered parking is available on Dorner Drive, Peabody Drive, Nevada Street, Oregon Street, Pennsylvania Ave. and Goodwin Ave.

Metered parking spaces are available in Lot F28, located between Turner Hall and the Plant Sciences Building, directly south of the Edward R. Madigan Laboratory. Enter the lot from Dorner Drive or Peabody Drive.

Metered spaces are located in the circle drive near the south entrance of the ACES Library, Information and Alumni Center.
You may also find metered parking in Lot F1 on the east side of Mumford Hall.  A temporary permit, available in room 117 Mumford Hall, is required to park in Lot F1.

Other locations with metered visitor parking spaces:

  • The semicircle drive in front of Freer Hall, directly east of Bevier Hall on Goodwin Ave.
  • Lot D-15 at the southwest corner of the intersection of Goodwin and Oregon Streets
  • Lot F6, off Dorner Drive, just north of Peabody Drive and south of the Plant Sciences Lab/Greenhouses.

If you will be moving to campus or visiting for an extended period of time, check with Campus Parking for information on longer-term parking options.
