ITCS Educational Publishing is the one-stop contact point for ACES and U of I Extension clients with publication production needs. Materials ranging from brochures to educational handbooks to multi-component projects can be published in printed form, on CD, and on the Web.

Conversations with clients determine the range of services required for any given project. Some publications require only one or two ITCS services. Others draw on our full range of capabilities, including audience analysis and concept development, project management, writing, editing, graphic design, proofreading, electronic publishing, printing coordination, marketing, and distribution. We can coordinate publishing projects from start to finish and bring together the full range of services needed.

If ITCS Educational Publishing Specialists determine that a particular project has strong commercial marketability, then the author team will not be charged for ITCS staff time, materials, or printing to produce the finished product. All other uses of Educational Publishing Staff time are charged at an hourly rate for direct services, with clients paying for material costs and printing.
